- Apply to entire eyelid and eye area with brush or fingertip and smooth to blend;
- Apply eye colours over primer. A little bit goes a long way!
- Smooth a little bit over the entire eyelid with ring finger or with a brush;
- Press shadow colours directly over primer for ultra vibrancy;
- Set primer with Secret Set before applying colour for a more diffused look and extra staying power;
