This product respects the P.H. balance of your skin leaving it fresh and clean. Manufactured for use as a toner/lotion, this product can also be used on its own to refresh the skin and reduce a shiny t-zone.
How To Use
- Thoroughly soak two cotton pads with Revitalizing Toner and apply to the face and neck.
- Repeat if necessary.
- Excess can be wiped off with tissue.
