Cruelty free beauty water. As double-cleansing becomes a skin care routine norm (oil cleansing followed by a traditional soap cleanse) so begins the journey to create the perfect micellar water. OFRA Cosmetics have taken up the task and designed a literal beauty water that is filled with skin-renewing ingredients that will ensure beauty is skin deep. 
The Perfecting Elixir  is a skin care journey itself; it has been developed with age-fighting ingredients that leave skin youthful and luminous. Centaurea Cyanus (also known as Cornflower) and Aloe Vera extract, soothe inflammation and hydrate, while Micelles attract dirt and oil like magnets to remove impurities from the skin.  
Like all OFRA products, this micellar water has an ingredient not commonly found in its category, apple stem cells. These plant-based cells have been found to increase stem cell production, which fight off the effects of free radicals and damaged skin making it sublime for this cleansing skin care step.  
This gentle cleanser is oil, fragrance, and alcohol-free that makes it suitable for all skin types. Dry to normal skin types may find that this cleansing product has the properties of an all-in-one formula, and may be able to skip toning and moisturising.

Apply to a cotton pad and swipe over skin and neck as a cleansing step. Repeat if needed. No rinsing necessary.
